Keeping your money safe

Here at Fancy Dress Outfitters we want you to know that your safety is our number one priority. We have passwords and locks on all of our systems to keep unwanted eyes from seeing. We use the best certificate security from Versign, and your personal details stay with us once they are with us – this goes for every piece of information. From your email address to where you are wearing the costume, everything is confidential. We do not hold any of your payment card details on our own systems, they are all securely processed through our bank HSBC.

All card, Paypal and Google Checkout payments pass through a number of rigorous card processing checks. We work with a number of recognised fraud prevention agencies and analyse a number of customer details to ensure we are not receiving fraudulent orders.
